Philadelphia Flu Shot Information for 2008-09

To receive a flu shot at a Community Flu Clinic:

1. You must be a resident of the City of Philadelphia
2. You must be 50 years of age or older
OR
Over the age of 18 with a chronic illness
OR
Pregnant
OR
Work as a Child-care provider (Daycare employee)


Please note that children and adolescents under the age of 19 should receive flu vaccine from their primary care provider, or at one of the District Health Centers.


Flu shots will be available to eligible Philadelphia residents at the following District Health Centers beginning Monday, October 27, 2008:



Beginning November 5th, flu shots will be available to eligible Philadelphia residents at the following Federally Qualified Health Centers:
