Philadelphia Seasonal Flu Shot Information: 2009-10

To receive a SEASONAL flu shot at a Community Flu Clinic:

1. You must be a resident of the City of Philadelphia
2. You must be 50 years of age or older
OR
Over the age of 18 with a chronic illness
OR
Pregnant
OR
Over the age of 18 and have close contact with: children, persons with chronic illness, or adults over age 50)


Please note that children and adolescents under the age of 19 should receive flu vaccine from their primary care provider, or at one of these locations:
