Senior Health & Fitness Day will consist of a lecture by Dr. Barry Fabius on “Laughter is the best medicine”. Dr Fabius is on staff at Holy Redeemer but continues to perform stand-up comedy as a hobby. At the lecture, he will show us how laughter makes us feel better. The “act” will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Aerobics classroom at the Health & Fitness Center and will run 45 to 60 minutes followed by a “Healthy Cooking” demonstration by Whole Foods from noon to 1 p.m. To register and to learn more, call 1-800-818-4747.
