- The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine is bringing healthy smiles to children throughout the West Philadelphia community through PennSmiles, an oral health outreach program that travels to area schools, Head Start programs, and other neighborhood sites. - Project HOPE - Family Service of Montgomery County
- Project HOPE is a full-service HIV/AIDS program in Montgomery County. Project HOPE staff also does extensive prevention education work in schools, high-risk community locations, shelters, and other public sites. Outreach offices are located in Eagleville, North Penn, and Pottstown and our outreach workers go to a variety of other communities. Some of the most frequently used services are: case management (an overall plan for care and necessities), counseling and testing for HIV, dental care (dental visits for uninsured or underinsured individuals) transportation, counseling services, and food vouchers.
