Project HOPE - Family Service of Montgomery County
Project HOPE is a full-service HIV/AIDS program in Montgomery County. Project HOPE staff also does extensive prevention education work in schools, high-risk community locations, shelters, and other public sites. Outreach offices are located in Eagleville, North Penn, and Pottstown and our outreach workers go to a variety of other communities. Some of the most frequently used services are: case management (an overall plan for care and necessities), counseling and testing for HIV, dental care (dental visits for uninsured or underinsured individuals) transportation, counseling services, and food vouchers. Ronald McDonald Care Mobile Dental Program - St. Christopher's Foundation for Children
Comprehensive quality services and friendly care - a dental home for your child. Eligible for no cost treatment if: Age 3 to 8 years old as a new patient, then eligible up to age 17 if remains an active patient; Medicaid insured but not in active treatment with another provider; or no dental insurance and no ability to pay fee for service. Appointments available by calling 215-427-8877.
Senior Dental Care Program - Pennsylvania Dental Association
Many Pennsylvania Dental Association member dentists offer dental care at a reduced cost to senior citizens on low or fixed incomes through the Senior Dental Care Program. More than 1,000 dentists have participated in this voluntary program, which lets many seniors obtain affordable dental care and helps them enjoy good health and well-being.
