Community Legal Services
CLS has medical benefits specialists at both their North Philly office (Broad and Erie, 3638 N. Broad St.) and their downtown office (1424 Chestnut St.). Intake is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 3638 N. Broad Street. The downtown office is open 5 mornings per week. Health Care Hotline - Philadelphia Unemployment Project
PUPs counselors work to connect people to free health care centers and help families who need hospital care. They have updated information on the availability criteria for full Medical Assistance benefits, the Medically Needy Only (MNO) program, Healthy Beginnings, Healthy Horizons, Hill-Burton Free Services, and City and Community Health Care Centers.
