SmokeFREE is a self-management program, which addresses the physical and psychological addiction to smoking. SmokeFREE is a state-approved smoking cessation program that has been in existence since the 1980s. Qualified instructors will continue to follow-up with you by telephone offering support and encouragement throughout the smoking cessation process.
