Dental Health

imageGood dental health can help prevent bad breath, tooth decay, and gum disease.  There is also increasing evidence that an unhealthy mouth may increase your risk of serious health problems such as heart attack, stroke, poorly controlled diabetes, and preterm labor.  Good tips to remember to help you maintain a healthy mouth include brushing your teeth at least twice a day, flossing daily, and making regular trips to the dentist.  In addition, you should examine your mouth frequently making note of any changes such as swollen or bleeding gums, chipped teeth, sores, or lesions.  To get answers to all your dental health questions, visit our list of Recommended Sites.
