Schizophrenia

imageOver 2 million Americans, both adult and adolescent, are afflicted by schizophrenia.  Schizophrenia is a type of mental disease known as a psychosis.  Psychoses are often so severe they interfere with the normal living of the patient’s life. Schizophrenia often interferes with someone’s thought processes making it difficult for them to distinguish between right and wrong, or between fantasy and reality.  In addition, people with schizophrenia often have trouble thinking clearly, coping with their emotions, making decisions, taking part in normal activities, and relating to other people.  To get answers to all your schizophrenia questions, visit our list of Recommended Sites
